THIS IS TRUE

*When you die don't worry...*
*Don't be concerned over your decaying body..*
*Because the people will take care of what is required..*
*They will..*
*1 - Buy you new white clothes*
*2 - Wash you*
*3 - Take you out of your home...*
*4 ... to your new place of stay (the grave)*
*5 - Many will come to bid farewell at your funeral - infact many will cancel work for the sake of your burial, even though most of them didn't know you whilst you were alive..*
*6- Your belongings will be gotten rid of:*
*your keys*
*your check books*
*your bags*
*your shoes*
*your clothes*
* Your job, someone else will take your position*
* Your wealth will go to your inheritors*
*Whereas you will remain to be questioned about every minor and major deed*
*There will be 3 types of grievers over you:*
*1- The people who knew you only at face value will say 'poor man'*
*2- Your friends will grieve for hours or days but then return to laughter*
*3- The deep grief at your household will last for a week, two weeks, a month, 2-months or even a year ?*
*And thereafter they will add you to their memories*
* And so..*
*Your story amidst the people ended*
*And your story with the reality begins...*
*And that is the life after death*
*Indeed, these things left you*
*1- Beauty*
*2- Wealth*
*3- Health*
*4- Children*
*5- The mansions and places*
*6- The spouse..*
*And your real life has started*
*And the question here is*
*What have you prepared for your grave and hereafter*
*This reality needs to be thought over*
*Take care of..
*1- *Salvation*
*2- Sanctification*
*4- Baptism with the holy spirit*
*5- Night prayer*
*Perhaps you will be saved*
*And don't forget to pass this message on to many...* *Because once you close your eyes in death the only property that will remain left to you is your relationship. with God.*
The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God).*.

SUPER DOCTOR KILLED BY GUNMEN

What is the purpose of living to die this way? Isn’t life meaningless? Perlas, 31, the eldest of two siblings, was a native of Batan town in Aklan province. He was a biology graduate of the University of the Philippines in Los Baños in 2007 and earned his medical degree from the West Visayas State University in Iloilo City in 2011.
As a scholar of the Department of Health, he was required to render two years of government service. He volunteered in the DTTB program, which was initiated by the late Senator and Health Secretary Juan Flavier in the 1990s.
Perlas was assigned to Sapad from 2012 to 2014 and was known for travelling solo to remote villages to conduct medical checkups. He opted to remain in the town, which had no municipal health officer for 12 years, after his stint.

Dr. Dreyfuss “Toto” Perlas of Sapad municipality was driving through Barangay Maranding Annex in Kapatagan on his way to Lala town around 7:30 p.m. when he was shot, said Kapatagan police chief Senior Insp. Melvin Loquinte.
Perlas died at the Lanao del Norte Provincial Hospital in nearby Baroy town from a single bullet that pierced his heart after it hit him on the left side of his back, police investigator SPO2 Michael Patalinghug said.

Loquinte told the Inquirer that witnesses thought the motorcycle rider, whom they recognized later as Perlas, had suffered a heart attack when he slumped on the road.

Dr. Reygene Caratiquit, Perlas’ colleague and batch mate, called on the government to review the DTTB program, particularly the safety of medical workers deployed to remote areas and poor communities.
“It was so painful. He chose to serve the poor and this tragedy befell him,” his father, Batan Councilor Dennis Perlas, told the Inquirer by phone on Thursday.
His younger sister, Louella Perlas-Patricio, said the family had worried about his safety and asked him to apply for a transfer.
“But he wanted to stay there because he had learned to love the community and did not want to leave the work he had started,” she told the Inquirer by phone.

SHE WANTS A MAN NOT A BOY

Time makes us old and make the world expect more from us, every growing boy at one point will say “to be a man is not easy”. Have you gotten to that point in your relationship as a man and wondered how every successful married man cross that stage? Or how your father did?

1)      To please a woman is laying down all your needs and wants for her happiness.
2)      Your schedule changes, your budget too, just as long as she will be happy.
3)      Be committed to serve her, you can’t be a man if you can’t sacrifice for your woman happiness.
4)      A man must learn to listen to her all the time and keep record of her conversation in his memory for future references, take note of every information she is trying to get across to you.
5)      You must pay attention to her when she speaks to you, form the habit of looking into her eyes with a smile and then look to her lips gently as she speaks to you, this helps her see how much you care and enjoy listening to her as she speak.
6)      Remind her how much you care about her, device a means to surprise her with the simplest of gift or anything as long as it will reflect your love for her.
7)      See her as a baby that needs your time and attention even if she disagree with that (it’s a man thing) and always give her your time. If she don’t demands your attention there must be something wrong.
8)      As a man you have to be creative in making her smile all the time. Hey guys you have to think! Think man! Think! But let it be natural.
9)      Be sensitive, always notice everything she put on and give good compliments especially telling her how beautiful she looks.
10)   Give good compliments about her smile.
11)   You must learn to love her at her worst. If you are sad don’t try to make her sad. Get your point across in a gentle and loving way.
12)   Be careful of what you say do not let your emotions ruin every good times you have shared with her.
13)   As a man you must be slow to anger and quick to forgive.
14)   A man must learn to hug her at least twice a day, do it right don’t be creepy about it.
15)   Play with her hands as you walk her home or hold her firm, this helps her to build confidence in you.
16)   Always ask how her day went.
17)   Always communicate with her far or near. Take note!
18)   When you need a friend let her be that friend.
19)   When you need a mother to talk to let her be your mom.
20)   Treat her with respect and loyalty no matter the environment you find yourself.
21)   A man must be trustworthy.
22)   A man must learn to be patience. Wait a little more and a little more and a little more, a little more and a little more, more, more, more, more.
23)   A man must be without fear because she indirectly sees you as a hero even if she sometimes don’t know.
24)   A man must learn to laugh to her jokes.
25)   A man must appreciate her always. Don’t fail!
26)   A man must not compare her with another.
27)   When she feels like dancing, dance with her.
28)   A man must not sleep while she is depress or crying.
29)   A man must admit when he is wrong and drop all pride and apologize with all humility. Learn to say “I am sorry”.
30)   A man must learn to show her always, how much he loves her.

THE DAY THE CLOUD RAIN PLANES

Thoughts of the unknown tackles my heart, fear of the predictable shackles my lungs. Slowly my heart beats and rapidly this loops. Has existence lost its minds, has nature lost its conscience?
Challenges, the author of everyday life. Narrow the situation and narrow it is for any possible solution. The longer the night has become as my eyes forever longs for the morning and my body worries of the weight in my chest. Gradually I am losing my mind knowing my religion won’t save me now. Life oh life why hart thou cruel?
The Sincere ones lacks food but the insincere ones ends being cheered for. The hardworking individual never get rest, for the storms never seize to stop yet the lazy individual rest for the storm sleeps in his or her ignorance. In despair I fear not to bother anymore but at the end what is life without all this?
Run! Run! Run! Dog barks and humans never listen. Wake! Wake! Wake! Wake! The cock crow and humans still sleeps. The love of money is the root of all evil what about the lack of money?
The bell in the cradle bed of a baby makes the baby fall asleep when starring at it but try to make the bell ring and see. Two ways to everything but in this time and in this situation in life, what way do I go? Every soul keep asking. Sell your fears buy your boldness so, posterity won’t forget your courage.

History of the Adamson University Philippines:

A Brief History of Adamson University. Dr. George LucasAdamson, a Greek chemist from Athens, founded the AdamsonSchool of Industrial Chemistry (ASIC) on June 20, 1932 to train young men and women along the lines of practical industrial chemistry.
It started as a one-classroom school that evolved into the Adamson School of Industrial Chemistry and Engineering (ASICE) on February 19, 1936. Upon approval by the Secretary of Public Instruction of its application for university status on February 5, 1941, it became known as Adamson University (AdU).
George Lucas’s cousin Alexander Athos Adamson came to ASIC shortly after to help the fledgling school. Alexander joined the administration on July 15, 1932, serving at one time or another as Vice President, Treasurer and Registrar. Much later, Alexander’s brother George Athos Adamson also came onboard in 1934, becoming the School Dean, Dean of the College of Engineering and professor. Evdoxia Savaides Adamson, wife of George Lucas, started working and teaching in the University in 1939, then served as Dean of the College of Education and of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Sofia Adamson, George Athos’s wife, taught in the College of Education after arriving in 1939 and briefly served as Directress of the Junior Normal College. Except for George Athos and Sofia who left after the war, all the Adamsons remained working in the University until its turnover to the Vincentian Fathers and Brothers of the Congregation of the Mission in 1964. George Lucas Adamson served as President until 1967, for a total of 35 years, including a three-year holdover stint at the assumption of the Vincentians as administrators.

Before finally settling on its permanent home along San Marcelino Street in 1946 after the war, the school stayed in three different locations: Sta. Cruz (1932-1933), San Miguel (1933-1939) and Intramuros (1939-1941). In San Marcelino, the University expanded with the acquisition of the Meralco building in 1968 and the St. Theresa’s College-Manila campus in 1977, both just across the street.

Fr. Leandro I. Montañana, C.M., a Spanish Vincentian, was the second President and first under the C.M. administration. He served in that capacity until 1985 when Fr. Rolando S. Dela Goza, C.M., the first Filipino university president, succeeded him and served until 1994. Next came Fr. Jimmy Belita, C.M., president until 2003 and was succeeded by the current president, Fr. Gregorio L. Bañaga, Jr., C.M.

Although best known for its chemistry and engineering programs, Adamson gradually added architecture, sciences, pharmacy, business, education, liberal arts, law, graduate school, basic education, and theology courses as it grew bigger. The transfer of ownership in 1964 incorporated the University into the Adamson-Ozanam Educational Institutions, Inc.  and led to its transition from a secular to a Catholic institution. St. Vincent de Paul, founder of the C.M., was declared University Patron Saint and the motto Veritas in Caritate (Truth in Charity) was adopted. A new vision was articulated, basically that of offering affordable quality education especially for the socially disadvantaged—one not substantially different from that of the Founder’s who wanted to help Filipinos gain a livelihood by offering a maximum amount of practical education in a minimum amount of time. To keep up with the challenges and demands of the time, the University responded by offering information systems and technology, nursing, customs administration, hospitality management, and physical education courses.

The 21st century saw Adamson University gaining a series of achievements under the leadership of Fr. Bañaga. The University was declared a historic site by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines in 2007 during its celebration of its Diamond Jubilee. A marker was placed in front of the St. Vincent Building, the oldest edifice in the University, to commemorate this history.
In 2010 the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) granted the Autonomous status and certification for the Institutional Monitoring and Evaluation for Quality Assurance (IQuAME) to the University after passing CHED’s rigorous evaluations and visits. The Autonomous status means that Adamson University will have more autonomy or independence in its administration, decision making and implementation; have the privilege to offer new programs and distance courses, among others; and the authority to grant an Honoris Causa to those deserving following CHED’s provisions for granting honorary degrees. Meanwhile, the IQuAME certification means that the University has met the requirements and has complied with the standards set forth by CHED to determine the worthiness of its education and service. Several of its degree programs have also been recognized by CHED as Centers of Excellence and/or Centers of Development.
In celebration of its 80th anniversary, the Adamson University Museum-Founder’s Wing was opened on November 16, 2012. The Founder’s Wing houses memorabilia and personal effects of Dr. Adamson, which were donated by his family. The items featured in the Founder’s Wing have been carefully preserved by his widow, Mrs. Evdoxia Adamson, and were sent from Spain where the Adamson family now lives.
Strengthening its efforts to achieve excellence, Adamson University applied for and successfully achieved the prestigious ISO 9001:2008 Management Systems certification by TÜV Rheinland in January 2013. The ISO 9001:2008 certification means that the quality of the university’s processes and standards are at par with international management systems and that the University has instituted quality assurance methods in both the academic and support services with procedures for its maintenance. In formalizing and maintaining its quality assurance methods, students, parents, and other customers of the University can be assured that teaching quality remains at its best and that transactions are done efficiently.
Adamson University has transformed itself into a dynamic and harmonious community of administrators, faculty, employees, and students teaming up to maintain its level of academic excellence to produce socially responsible and globally competitive graduates. Its continuing quest for excellence tempered by its desire to make an impact in its community renders the holistic education offered by the University as true to its aim of providing education with a heart.
